Salome Delali Atiglah is the Founder & Executive Director for Cherish a Child Foundation.
She has together with her team committed to reaching out to children and youth on the streets, improving their mental health conditions through support to overcome drug addiction, feelings of hopelessness or worthlessness, depression, poor self-esteem or guilt through counseling, guidance to find new sense of purpose and their reintegration into their families and the society.
The Foundation have facilitated and supported their schooling, vocational skills training as well as medical support.
Salome is also an experienced HR professional from one of the Big 4 professional services Firms in Ghana. She has about 9 years demonstrated history of work in Human Resource and believes in building others to impact corporate goals.
Her experience spans through human resources analytics, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, strategic human resource planning, learning & development, interpersonal communication, eminence management, HRIS management (SAP-SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiter, Saba Analytics, Tableau, iRPM, eKPC, Sage 300 People etc.)
She also believes in making impact in her community by impacting children, the youth and the less privileged, as well as empowering the female gender.
She also enjoys discipling children and the youth into Christlikeness and empowering them to also make disciples.
